1   Name of plan
This plan may be cited as Penrith Local Environmental Plan 1996—Classification of Public Land.
2   Aims and objectives
This plan aims to change the classification under the Local Government Act 1993 of the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land.
3   Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to public land within the City of Penrith described in the Schedule.
4   Classification and reclassification of public land as operational
The public land described in the Schedule is classified or reclassified as operational land for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993.
