An Act to amend the Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 1998 to enable the Australian Taxation Office to be prescribed as an authorised agency for the purposes of the Act.
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Amendment Act 2002.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on the date of assent.
The Law Enforcement and National Security (Assumed Identities) Act 1998 is amended by inserting after paragraph (e) (v) of the definition of in section 3:(vi) the Australian Taxation Office.
