NSW rule: interpretation
In this Division—Light Vehicle Standards Rules.has the same meaning as in rule 79 of themeans a light used to improve the illumination of the road in case of fog, snowfall, heavy rain or a dust storm.Light Vehicle Standards Rules.means a headlight of the kind referred to in theLight Vehicle Standards Rules.means a parking light of the kind referred to in themeans—any time during the night, orany other time when there is insufficient daylight to render a person dressed in dark clothing discernible at a distance of 100 metres.is defined in the Dictionary.There are no corresponding definitions for the purposes of Division 1 of Part 13 of the Australian Road Rules. These definitions are required for the purposes of the NSW rules contained in this Division.
