45A False or misleading statements
A person must not, in any application under this Act or the regulations, or in connection with an inquiry made by the Children’s Guardian in relation to any such application, make a statement or furnish information that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
