61 Right of representation
(1) An applicant or defendant may appear personally or by an Australian legal practitioner or other representative empowered by an Act or other law to appear for the applicant or defendant.(2) An applicant who is a police officer may appear personally or by a person permitted by subsection (1) or by a police prosecutor.
