Chapter 5 Section 273
273   Jurisdiction of Magistrates in respect of offences arising under Part 4AD of Crimes Act 1900
If, by virtue of this Chapter, the Local Court has jurisdiction to deal with a charge arising under Part 4AD of the Crimes Act 1900, the Local Court may hear the charge irrespective of whether, in order to determine the charge, it is necessary to determine title to any property.
