17 Provision of essential infrastructure
Consent must not be granted for development on any land to which this plan applies unless the consent authority—(a) is satisfied that adequate arrangements have been made for the provision of any infrastructure that is essential for the proposed development, including the following—(i) a supply of water,(ii) provision of energy,(iii) provision of telecommunications,(iv) a system for the disposal and management of sewage, and(b) has considered the impacts of the provision of that infrastructure on the land to which the development application relates.
