Division 4 Passenger conduct
86   Passenger conduct offences
(1)  A passenger of a taxi or hire vehicle must not—
(a)  soil or damage the vehicle, or
(b)  smoke in the vehicle, or
(c)  behave in an offensive manner, or
(d)  use any offensive language, or
(e)  intentionally interfere with the comfort or safety of other persons.
Maximum penalty—
(a)  for a breach of paragraph (a)—20 penalty units, or
(b)  in any other case—10 penalty units.
(2)  In this clause, smoke has the same meaning as it has in the Smoke-free Environment Act 2000.
