Traffic control devices applying to a driver in a marked lane
A traffic control device applying to a marked lane applies to a driver approaching, in or leaving the marked lane unless the position of the device indicates that it does not apply to the driver.An overhead lane control device above a marked lane that the driver does not face as the driver approaches it does not apply to the driver.is defined in the Dictionary.Rule 329 deals with when a traffic control device applies to a marked lane.
