NSW rule: children under 16 years travelling in or on car-based motor tricycles
A driver must not drive a car-based motor tricycle if any person under the age of 16 years is in or on any part of the motor tricycle.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.Subrule (1) does not apply to a driver who is the holder of a motor bike rider’s licence.and are defined in the Dictionary.In this rule—This rule is an additional NSW road rule. There is no corresponding rule in the Australian Road Rules.
