Stopping in a parking area for people with disabilities
A driver must not stop in a parking area for people with disabilities unless—the driver’s vehicle displays a current parking permit for people with disabilities, andthe driver complies with the conditions of use of the permit.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.and are defined in the Dictionary.A is a length or area of a road—to which a permissive parking sign displaying a people with disabilities symbol applies, orto which a people with disabilities parking sign applies, orindicated by a road marking (a ) that consists of, or includes, a people with disabilities symbol.
