271 Exception for trainees
(1) A trainee may do any kind of scheduled work to which a recognised course of training in which the trainee is engaged relates if the person:(a) does the work under the supervision of a supervisor, and(b) keeps and maintains a record of training in accordance with the requirements of clause 275.(2) For the purposes of this clause, a course of training is recognised in relation to a person if, when the person began that course, the course was recognised by the guidelines issued by WorkCover in relation to the training of trainees.
