174V Atmospheric emissions
An occupier must ensure that any risk produced by atmospheric emissions from dangerous goods that are toxic, corrosive, flammable, explosive or asphyxiant:(a) is eliminated, or(b) if it is not reasonably practicable to eliminate the risk, is reduced so far as is reasonably practicable.Maximum penalty: Level 4.Note.The obligation imposed by this clause is in addition to any obligations under Division 5 of Part 4.3 of Chapter 4.
