174U Ignition sources in hazardous areas
(1) An occupier must ensure that ignition sources in any hazardous area within the occupier’s premises:(a) are eliminated, or(b) if it is not reasonably practicable to eliminate those ignition sources, the risk arising from those sources is controlled.Maximum penalty: Level 4.(2) An occupier must identify any hazardous area that is within, or arises as a result of dangerous goods stored or handled at, the occupier’s premises.Maximum penalty: Level 4.
