245F Maximum fee for application involving extractive industry
(1) The maximum fee payable for a Part 3A application in respect of a project involving extractive industry (not being mining) is the sum of the following:(a) $5,000 plus $0.05 for each tonne of material that is to be extracted annually,(b) if the project involves the erection of a building—the maximum fee calculated in accordance with clause 245D in relation to the erection of a building.(2) For the purposes of subclause (1), the Director-General is to determine the weight of material that is to be extracted annually by reference to a genuine estimate of the average annual weight of material intended to be extracted.
