5.2 Mapping of existing public and private biodiversity protected areas
(1) As part of the Strategy, the Minister is to map all public and private land areas in the State whose biodiversity is protected by legislation or agreements and make the map publicly available.(2) The first Strategy may be made before those areas are fully mapped.(3) The regulations may designate, for the purposes of this section, areas whose biodiversity is protected by legislation or agreements.
