Trust to conduct activities in accordance with approved business plan
The Trust must conduct its activities, as far as is practicable, in accordance with a business plan approved and published under this section.The Trust must, no later than 6 months after the commencement of this Act and at least every 4 years thereafter, prepare and submit to the Minister a draft business plan for the conduct of its activities.The Minister may approve a draft business plan submitted by the Trust, with such modifications (if any) as the Minister considers appropriate.A business plan approved by the Minister is to be published by the Trust.The regulations may make provision with respect to the preparation, approval and publication of a business plan under this section.
