130C Suspension of licence for first offence
(1) If a relevant prescribed offence event occurs in relation to a prescribed offence committed on licensed premises, the Authority may, by order in writing served on the licensee, suspend the licence for such period (not exceeding 28 days) as is specified in the order.(2) The Authority must not suspend a licence under this section unless the licensee has been given a reasonable opportunity to make submissions in relation to the proposed suspension.(3) In deciding whether to suspend a licence under this section, the Authority may, without limitation, take into consideration the compliance history of the licensee in relation to the requirements of this Part.
