13 Public authorities’ obligations to control noxious weeds on own land
(1) A public authority that is an occupier of land to which a weed control order applies must control noxious weeds on the land as required under the order, to the extent necessary to prevent the weeds from spreading to adjoining land.(2) A public authority must provide information as to the name and contact details of an occupier of land owned by the public authority, and a description of the land occupied, to the relevant local control authority, if the land is subject to a weed control order.
