364 Further evidence
(1) If a record of the original evidence of a witness is admitted in proceedings under this Division, the witness cannot give further evidence without the leave of the court.(2) An application for leave under subsection (1) may be made by any party to the proceedings.(3) The court must not give leave under subsection (1) unless it is satisfied—(a) the witness or other party is seeking leave because of becoming aware of a matter which the party could not reasonably have been aware of at the time of the recording, or(b) it is otherwise in the interests of justice to give leave.(4) The court is to ensure that the witness is questioned by a party to the proceedings only in relation to matters relevant to the matters mentioned in subsection (3).
