1   Objectives of zone
•  To provide for a range of land uses, services and facilities that are associated with a rural village.
•  To promote businesses and neighbourhood activities that serve the needs of the local community.
•  To enhance the village character and amenity.
•  To minimise conflict between land uses within this zone and land uses within adjoining zones.
