2.78C Specified development
The construction or installation of a tennis court is development specified for this code if it is:(a) constructed or installed on a lot with a size of at least 1ha in a rural zone or Zone R5, and(b) not constructed or installed on or in a heritage item, a draft heritage item, a heritage conservation area or a draft heritage conservation area or in an environmentally sensitive area.
2.78D Development standards
(1) The standards specified for that development are that the development must:(a) be for residential uses only and associated with a dwelling, and(b) be located behind the building line of any road frontage, and(c) not have lighting, and(d) not require cut or fill more than 600mm below or above ground level (existing), and(e) have a setback from a side or rear boundary of at least 5m.(2) There must not be more than 1 development per lot.
