1   Name of Regulation

This Regulation may be cited as the Australian Mutual Provident Society Regulation 1990.

2   Definitions

In this Regulation:

Code and Code regulations have the same meanings as in the Act.

the Act means the Australian Mutual Provident Society Act 1988.

3   References to the Code—relevant time

In the Act, a reference to the Code or the Code regulations is a reference to that Code or those regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of the Corporations Law of New South Wales.
