Clause 16If proceedings under the old Act in the Children’s Court or the District Court have been commenced but not completed before the repeal of Division 4 of Part 5 of the old Act, the proceedings are to be continued and completed under the old Act in all respects as if the old Act (or any relevant provision of the old Act) had not been repealed.
