565   Safety assessment

The operator of a licensed major hazard facility must keep a copy of the safety assessment documented under clause 555 as revised under Part 9.3 and this Part at the facility.

Maximum penalty:

(a)  in the case of an individual—$6,000, or

(b)  in the case of a body corporate—$30,000.
