169 Employer to keep record of employees exposed to carcinogenic substances
An employer must keep a record in respect of each employee who has been or is likely to be exposed to a prohibited or notifiable carcinogenic substance (as defined in clause 158), including the following details:(a) the full name and date of birth of the employee,(b) the address of the employee while employed by the employer.An employer is not required to keep such a record within the period of 12 months after commencement of this clause.
Maximum penalty: Level 3.
