193   Model code of conduct and model procedure

(1)  For the purposes of section 440 of the Act, the document entitled The Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils in NSW published in the Gazette on 7 December 2012 is prescribed as the model code of conduct.

(2)  For the purposes of section 440AA of the Act, the document entitled Procedures for the Administration of the Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils in NSW published in the Gazette on 7 December 2012 is prescribed as the model procedure.
