Clause 3The object of this Regulation is to provide opportunities for affordable alternatives in short-term and long-term accommodation:(a) by continuing in force (in amended form) the standards for the design of manufactured home estates, caravan parks and camping grounds established by the former Regulations, and(b) by continuing in force (in amended form) the standards for the design and construction of manufactured homes and other moveable dwellings and for their siting established by the former Regulations, and(c) by continuing in force (in amended form) the standards to promote the health, safety and amenity of the occupiers of manufactured homes and other moveable dwellings established by the former Regulations.
