41 Additional matters relating to guaranteed customer service standards
(1) The guaranteed customer service standards:(a) are to be set out in a section of the relevant contract under the heading “Guaranteed Customer Service Standards” and are required to be in or to the effect of the form of the requirements set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2 and Part 2 of Schedule 3, and(b) are to include a statement to the effect that they comply with the requirements imposed under the Act with respect to customer service.(2) If the guaranteed customer service standards applicable under the contract are varied under Division 2, the provisions of Part 2 of Schedule 2 and Part 2 of Schedule 3 are taken to be varied in accordance with any variation of those standards under that Division.
