93 Appeal against decisions regarding accreditation
(1) A person may apply to the accrediting agency for a review:(a) of a decision by an accrediting agency to refuse to accredit the person to provide a particular contestable service, or(b) of a decision by an accrediting agency to suspend or cancel the person’s accreditation to provide a particular contestable service, or(c) of a decision by an accrediting agency not to act on a suspension.(2) For the purposes of subclause (1) (c), the failure by an accrediting agency:(a) to cancel a person’s accreditation, or(b) to lift the suspension of a person’s accreditation,within 28 days after it has suspended the person’s accreditation is taken to be a decision by the accrediting agency not to act on the suspension.
