140   Drainage areas

If, in relation to a depot licensed for the keeping of flammable liquid, Rule 4.3.3 of AS 1940 is complied with by the provision of a compound away from the depot for the reception of flammable liquid draining from the depot, the compound must be so situated that the distances set out in Table 4.1 of AS 1940 are adhered to as though the compound were a depot having a licensed capacity one quarter that of the depot.

Contravention of this clause is an offence and is punishable in accordance with clause 340.
