57 Savings provision
Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of
the Protection of the
Environment Operations (Noise Control) Regulation 2000, had
effect under that Regulation is taken to have effect under this
Regulation.

59 Repeal
The Protection
of the Environment Operations (Noise Control) Regulation 2000
is repealed.
