Proposed repeal:
The Regulation is to be repealed on the commencement of sec 5 of the Constitution Amendment (Governor’s Salary) Act 2003 No 66 (that Act to commence on the day on which the first person to be appointed to the office of Governor after the date of assent to that Act is so appointed).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Constitution (Governor’s Salary) Regulation 1990.

2 Governor’s salary—section 9I of Constitution Act 1902

The annual amount payable for the salary of a Governor is $190,745.
