2   Definition

In this Order:

statutory SOC has the same meaning as in the State Owned Corporations Act 1989, but does not include any of the following statutory SOCs:

(a)  Rail Corporation New South Wales,

(b)  Rail Infrastructure Corporation,

(c)  Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation.
