2 Construction of particular references in Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority Act 1968
In section 4 (3) (d) of the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority Act 1968:(a) the reference to the Department of Public Works (where referred to by that name) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Public Works and Services or the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning, and(b) the reference to the Department of Public Works (where referred to as “that Department”) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Public Works and Services.
