4   Amendment of Schedule 1 (Departments)

Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended:

(a)  by inserting in alphabetical order of departments the following matter:

  

Ministry for Forests and Marine Administration

Secretary of the Ministry

(b)  by omitting the following matter:

  

Office of Marine Administration

Executive Director of the Office
