44 Change of name of Transport NSW
(1) The name of Transport NSW is changed to the Department of Transport.(2) The Department of Transport is responsible to the following Ministers:(a) Minister for Transport,(b) Minister for Roads and Ports.(3) In any document, a reference to Transport NSW is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Transport.

The Department of Health is responsible to the following Ministers:(a) Minister for Health,(b) Minister for Medical Research,(c) Minister for Mental Health,(d) Minister for Healthy Lifestyles.
