3 Construction of references to General Manager of Waste Assets Management Corporation
(1) In any document, a reference to the General Manager of the Waste Assets Management Corporation is to be construed as a reference to the Chief Executive of the Waste Assets Management Corporation.(2) In this clause, document means any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement.
4 Construction of certain references to Treasurer
(1) A reference to the Treasurer in any of the following provisions of the Waste Recycling and Processing Corporation (Authorised Transaction) Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Lands:(a) sections 7 (other than section 7 (5)) and 16 (2),(b) clause 3 (3) of Schedule 5,(c) clause 5 (2) of Schedule 5 and Schedule 3 to the extent that it relates to that subclause.(2) In section 20 of that Act:(a) a reference to the Treasurer is to be construed as a reference to the Treasurer or the Minister for Lands, and(b) a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury or the Chief Executive of the Land and Property Management Authority.
