4 Construction of references to Minister for Transport and Roads
(1) In any document, a reference to the Minister for Transport and Roads is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Transport, except as provided by subclause (2).(2) In any document, a reference to the Minister for Transport and Roads is to be construed as including a reference to the Minister for Roads if the reference is used in relation to legislation administered jointly by the Minister for Transport and the Minister for Roads.
5 Construction of references to Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport and Roads
In any document, a reference to the Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport and Roads is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Transport or to the Minister for Roads.
