This Order is the Public Sector Employment and Management (General) Order 2009.
(1) This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website, except as provided by subclause (2).(2) Clause 3 is taken to have commenced on 16 March 2009.
The Small Business Regulation Review Unit is removed from the Department of State and Regional Development and added to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
4 Construction of references to General Manager of Office of Board of Studies
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the General Manager of the Office of the Board of Studies is to be construed as a reference to the Chief Executive of the Office of the Board of Studies.

Omit “General Manager of the Office” from the matter relating to the Office of the Board of Studies in Part 1.Insert instead “Chief Executive of the Office”.
Omit the matter relating to the Office of the World Youth Day Co-ordination Authority.
Omit “General Manager of the Office of the Board of Studies” from the matter relating to the Board of Studies Casual Staff Division and the Board of Studies Inspectors Division, wherever occurring.Insert instead “Chief Executive of the Office of the Board of Studies”.
