This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 5) 1989.
This Order shall be deemed to have taken effect on 18 September 1989.
3 Construction of references to Minister for Sport, Recreation and Racing
(1) Except as provided by subclause (2), in any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, a reference to the Minister for Sport, Recreation and Racing is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Sport and Recreation.(2) A reference to the Minister for Sport, Recreation and Racing that is used in or in relation to an Act administered by the Minister for Racing is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Racing.
