Administrative Changes Order (No 2) 1979

1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 2) 1979.

2   Clause 4 shall take effect on and from 1st March 1979.

3   A reference in any Act, statutory instrument, contract or agreement or any other instrument to the Minister for Labour and Industry shall be construed as a reference to the Minister for Industrial Relations.

4   A reference in any Act, statutory instrument, contract or agreement or any other instrument to the Department of Labour and Industry shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations and Technology.
