Administrative Changes Order (No 1) 1979

1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 1) 1979.

2   The reference in section 39 (2) (h) of the Bush Fires Act 1949 to the Director of State Emergency Services and Civil Defence shall be construed as a reference to the Under Secretary, Department for Services.
