This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 6) 1986.
This Order shall take effect from 8th August 1986.
3 Construction of references to Ministry of Employment and Department of Industrial Relations
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement:(a) a reference to the Ministry of Employment shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment, and(b) a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment.
