This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 4) 1986.
2 Construction of references to Department of Mines and Under Secretary for Mines
In section 2F of the Coal and Oil Shale Mine Workers (Superannuation) Act 1941:(a) a reference to the Department of Mines required to be construed as a reference to the Department of Mineral Resources shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, and(b) a reference to the Under Secretary for Mines shall be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Industrial Relations.
