Administrative Changes Order (No 2) 1984

1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 2) 1984.

2   Clause 3 shall be deemed to have taken effect from 2nd March 1984.

3   The Administrative Changes Order (No 5) 1983 is amended by inserting after clause 2 the following clause:

  

3   A reference in section 50D (1), (1A) or (2A) of the Gaming and Betting Act 1912 required by clause 2 to be construed as a reference to an officer of the Department of Finance shall, from 2nd March 1984, be construed as a reference to an officer of the Treasury.
