Administrative Changes Order (No 4) 1983

1 This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 4) 1983.
2 This Order shall be deemed to have taken effect from 1st February 1983.
3 A reference in:(a) Schedule 1 to the Pay-roll Tax
Act 1971,
(b) Schedule 2 to the Pay-roll Tax (Amendment) Act
1981, or
(c) paragraph (24) of the Second Schedule to the Stamp Duties Act
1920,
to the Treasurer or the Assistant Treasurer shall be construed as a
reference to the Minister for Finance.
