Administrative Changes Order (No 6) 1982

1 This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 6) 1982.
2 This Order shall be deemed to have taken effect from 1st July 1980.
3 (1) A reference in a deed of lease specified in clause 3 (4) of
Schedule 3 to the Royal Botanic Gardens and
Domain Trust Act 1980 to the Minister for Lands shall be
construed as a reference to the Premier.
(2) A reference in the deed of lease specified in clause 3 (4) (b) of
Schedule 3 to the Royal Botanic Gardens and
Domain Trust Act 1980:
(a) to the Department of Agriculture (other than in clause 4 (i) of
that deed) shall be construed as a reference to the Premier’s
Department, and
(b) to the Director General of Agriculture or the Director General,
Department of Agriculture shall be construed as a reference to the Secretary
to the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust.
