Administrative Changes Order (No 1) 1982

1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 1) 1982.

2   The reference in section 6 (1) (a) of the Landlord and Tenant (Rental Bonds) Act 1977 to the Registrar of Permanent Building Societies shall be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs.

3   The reference in clause 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Landlord and Tenant (Rental Bonds) Act 1977 to the Registry of Permanent Building Societies shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Consumer Affairs.
