Administrative Changes Order (No 7) 1979

1   This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes Order (No 7) 1979.

2   This Order shall be deemed to have commenced on 19th October 1978.

3   A reference in any Act, statutory instrument, contract or agreement or any other instrument to the Minister for Decentralisation and Development shall be construed as a reference to the Minister for Decentralisation.

4   A reference in any Act, statutory instrument, contract or agreement or any other instrument to the Department of Decentralisation and Development shall be construed as a reference to the Department of Decentralisation.

5   Clauses 3 and 4 do not apply to references in section 4 (1) (c) (xiii) of the State Planning Authority Act 1963, section 3 of the State Development and Country Industries Assistance Act 1966 or section 18 (2) (c) of the State Pollution Control Commission Act 1970.
